Michael Rieu is a sculptor and painter, talented in both. An artist from the Netherlands who loves hard stones but treats them with soft senses.

Michael was born in Haarlem, between Amsterdam and the Dutch coast. His studio is in Norway—Holskogen, a beautiful place in Kristiansand. He enjoys switching between creative disciplines; one day, he works on a sculpture, and the next, he focuses on a painting or a lithograph.
